Website Designers - Required At All Levels Senior Web Designers - must be proficient with HTML/Div based html structure, Photoshop, Flash Animations. Junior Level Designers - Should be having suitable educational background and must have done some website design course. Senior Web Designers - should be good with HTML, Div Based HTML Structure, W3C standards, Photoshop, Flash. Junior Web Designers - should be able to learn HTML/Div based structures fast.
