Job Location : Guntur, Hyderabad Job Description : Indmax We are a premier Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) outsourcing organization operating a world class NOC and Remote Data Center Operations in Guntur & Hyderabad. Currently we are managing infrastructure deployed in 8 data centers in US, Europe & Asia. Infrastructure we monitor and manage 7x24 hosts an application, which is in use 180+ countries in 30+ languages and also monitor and manage more than 150 e-commerce sites that generates more than 2.5 Billion dollars per year in revenue. We are 100% EOU STPI unit with over 75 employees. We have clocked 150% year over year growth. NOC Tech - L1 (Web Application Infrastructure– Monitoring) 1. Working in Windows, Linux and Solaris environment. 2. Managing three-tier architecture (Web Server, Application Server & Database Server) 3. Be part of Level1 (NOC) Teams and assess Internal and External availability alerts. 4. Perform basic troubleshooting of alerts and provide quick root cause analysis and escalate if needed to appropriate department. 5. Day to day work on different monitoring tools like Nagios, Keynote, Gomez and other email alerts. 6. Performing case/ticket management 1. FRESHERS with a technical degree and excellent communications skills are welcome. 2. Excellent English communication skills are a must. 3. Team work is a must 4. Multitasking skills are fundamental requirement to be successful. 5. Self starter and quick learner will make it 6. Must take complete ownership of tasks/responsibilities at hand 7. Trained/certified in one of Windows / Linux / Solaris (MCP, MCSE, RHCE or SCSA) is huge plus 8. Willing to work in a 7x24 environment with night shifts and provide on-call coverage 9. 3-year commitment is required. 10.
