Understand Amdocs business ,specifically in CRM

Work on specific tasks under the mentorship of experienced team member.

develop SQL/Shell Scripts to deliver patches to customer site.

Minor & not serious Defect handling.

Work closely with fellow team members and counterparts on site

Be proactive in approach and should be able to learn the CRM basics in about 5-6 weeks.

Can perform well under pressure.

Collaboration oriented .

Internal: A team player.

Good learning attitude.

Ability to cope well with changes.

Knowledge in Java

Knowledge of UNIX

Knowledge of SQL / Pro*C / PL-SQL

Basic knowledge JAVA, SQL & Unix

Excellent team player.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work in a SLA driven environment.

Prioritize reasonably, Work under pressure

Ability to take task ownership and drive towards its completion.

Ability to work with a remote team in close coordination.
